My sister is a hard worker, probably a better worker then the men working here, growing up on a farm. This sickens me that men are disrespecting young women in this business. Calling them names and being boys.

I started working here and there is a ton of big safty reports that do not get reported at all and the very second I bump into a fence very lightly I get fired? Good luck keeping hard workers Travis 🙄 your own President has caused the very same kind of damage yet didn't ever get a UA nor get reported ether, you allow a big cry baby to cause more damage and cost you more money in 3 years will refuse to do half his job yet you keep him yet again fire me? Not very good for long term due to the fact of air quality and work conditions. If you’re trying to get on your feet , by all means, go ahead but this isn’t the best type of job for anyone to work in. They like to track what employees are wrongly doing , more than they track the health conditions. I worked here for 1 year and serval months listening to other co-workers. They in all honesty do believe there is favoritism that play into this job, with also with overtime, Only certain employees can do overtime.
