the people that make the wheelchair shop aka Travis medical aka national seating -are what makes it. Thankful for the techs and Matt.
I have been wheelchair bound since 1996 during that time I've had three separate power wheelchairs in 2021 I was introduced to Travis Medical at that time they replaced my wheelchair and got me a new one since that time and now in 2025 I've had four wheelchairs because they all seem to fall apart my most recent one I got was 2 months ago and it's already falling apart whatever you do unless you just don't care do not use this company
The service is excellent but the location isn't the best. There is only 1 wheelchair accessible parking spot in front of the office & there is no push button to open the front door. I was surprised to see that a medical equipment provider was lacking in accessibility for their customers.
This review is specific to Matt with Travis Medical/National Seating [Branch 221] Matt has literally made what would usually be the biggest headache of a special needs mom, such a smooth process. He is quite literally, the best. He came on time for set appointments, was really patient with our little when gathering measurements, and was super knowledgeable about all topics regarding the process of getting/receiving our equipment. This place needs to be shutdown travis medical equipment my scooter flip over recline my back take off pressure of my bottom they took almost six months replace my back for bigger size
