As usual, you were thorough, thoughtful, willing to spend whatever amount of time Gary needed. It is us who thank you, for getting him in so promptly. He is improved this morning, more alert, not shaky, more engaged, and breathing better. So very glad we got there yesterday. Your staff is great, and so are you.
Dr. Massengale is great. My mom is 98 yrs old and he got right on her level talking to her, letting her voice her concerns, opinions and wishes. He explained in terms she understood at the moment, gave her options and listened. He made the environment relaxing and focused solely on her in an unhurried atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Me and my husband have been seeing Dr Massengale for 3 1/2 years, he is always willing to listen to any concerns we my have, and always goes the extra mile in helping fix the issues at hand. DR. Massengale is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. In my opinion he actually cares for his patients and their well being. I can't say enough good things about him, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
