This was my first visit. All the staff, including the receptionist, were very kind and helpful. The examination room was clean and very reassuring. I would recommend this place.
My first experience was with his nurse. Snarky snarky snarky Then the receptionist wanted a signature from a client and stated lound enough for everyone to hear just so they know i didn't sell it. So very unprofessional
I have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Dr. Koeneke and his amazing staff. I was scared to death when I was given a diagnosis of Colon Cancer stage 3C. I wasn't clear on what it meant and if there would be a plan of action in place. Little did I know at the time but my team of doctors was already on the ball, working behind the scenes to make a treatment plan for me.
