I talked on the phone and sent documents regarding changing a mortgage from our personal name to a business name. Emailed the paperwork that was asked, set up an account, etc. Reached out to them MULTIPLE times about a follow-up and left MULTIPLE voicemails and never heard back from them. This has been months ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
