I have a unique perspective in leaving this review because I had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. James as a medical student for 4 weeks. During that time, I was able to see firsthand how he cares for his patients and approaches his practice. I saw him personally review pathology slides from biopsies, call patients to discuss their pathology results, and follow up to make sure patients who needed insurance preauthorizations were able to receive the medications they needed. Dr. James is amazing. He listens to my daughter (she is his patient) and asks questions. He really seems to care about his patients.
Dr. James has taken care of my family for many years. He is professional, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure my kids and I are well taken care of. His staff is always friendly and helpful and we have a great experience every single time!
