My experience with Dr. James was nothing short of exceptional. I had the opportunity to interact with him on a couple separate occasions, and each encounter impressed me more and more. We had a wonderful experience at this dermatology office when my son needed stitches. Dr. James and Mandy were exceptional—compassionate, professional, and incredibly patient. My son was understandably anxious, but they immediately put him at ease with their calming demeanor and the relaxed, welcoming environment of the office. The option of using laughing gas helped him stay calm, and thanks to effective numbing, he didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. From the friendly front desk staff to the knowledgeable Medical Assistants to the thorough consultation with Dr. Travis James, everything exceeded my expectations.
