I really like Travis! He is very considerate of my heath issues and was very helpful with offering suggestions to improve my heath and diabetes!
He is a great PA. He has a great bedside manner and is very empathetic and knowledgeable about our issues. He was great with talking to my teenagers about social issues and technology being a tool we use not something that controls us. The billing department is very easy to work with. The office staff is super sweet.
Really disrespectful PA, I will not be seeing him anymore. I made up a follow up appointment because I felt the first one my problem wasn't addressed accordingly. He walked in the office and said something like " you have to be either in pain or feeling is happening too often, otherwise I'm not doing anything about it" I was shocked by his unprofessional attitude. He just assumed and said something rude without first hearing me out.
