Dr. Travis Short has been my Primary Care Physician for about 4 years. He has always been patient with my questions, explained things thoroughly in a manner I can understand, and has never made me feel rushed (which is a rarity these days among health care providers). Further, he has been extremely prompt responding to Portal messages and requests. Very attentive and kind. Been seeing him for a couple year's now. He is very good at his job. I highly recommend anyone in this office.
It's been a fight with Drs short's receptionist staff who are uncooperative. It took me 9 calls for their staff to send fax for a URGENT referral. Andria told me the fax was sent Sunday. But wasn't. Called 9 times, she admitted it was NEVER sent nor marked urgent but the patient DID say urgent last Friday. He's been in pain for two months. Shorts doctor's couldn't help. He needs ENT. Keep looking if looking Dr.
