Not sure you could trust these people or any home warranty. Their website never works. The company was founded by the same guy who owned and bankrupted Royce homes years ago while filling his pockets with millions of extra dollars and screwing over so many homeowners
Agree with the above reviewer. Seems to be a pretty dishonest operation. We were emailed one price from the sales person and then told before putting money down that we had made a mistake in the price. How could I have made a mistake in the price? We walked away. It's difficult to build a home with someone when from the very beginning there isn't honesty.
From the day my wife and I walked into Travis Homes office, we were treated the way you would expect a buyer to be treated. They were very attentive, worked with us in the changes we wanted, which most builders will not do, and did a great job through the entire process. My wife and I are both Realtor's and have been doing that for over 30 years and have represented hundreds of new home buyers so when I say that Travis Homes is a great company to work with, you can believe it!!!!
By far the worst experience ever!!!! Everyday it is something new with this home, this company, and the customer service that they provide. Everyday, I wish that I could move out of this house and start over with a new home from a different company. First of all, the day that I signed the contract for my home, everything was good-to-go, until I get a phone call from my bank saying, why did you sign this contract.
