I call multiple times on different occasions and no one ever answers the phone. I leave a message that I want to cancel my service and immediately get a call back. I was called a stupid idiot and to go find another service because I didn’t “listen” to their greeting that they would be out of office for a few days. Is this how you treat your customers that you have had for years? 0/10 recommend this company.
