The only positive aspect has been the maintenance team itself—they truly carry this entire place. You rarely see the individual overseeing it, aside from occasionally driving around in a small truck. However, when I bring issues directly to the maintenance team, they listen and offer thoughtful, practical advice. Unfortunately, the individual in charge—along with his assistant, Buster—has not been effective. There’s a clear lack of follow-through and consistency, and things are often forgotten or left unresolved.

Worst base housing we ever stayed at! I recommend visiting the military housing office when you move out to dispute charges, as they will try to nickel-and-dime you for every little thing.

Darwin helped us get our air conditioner back up and running. After multiple issues from past servicemen looking into it and not fixing the issues. He was able to come in, diagnose the issue, replace the blower motor, and get it up and running in less than an hour. Air conditioning is running beautifully. Definitely appreciate what Darwin was able to do, explain the issues and process and provide adequate and assistive suggestions that will ensure our comfort while we are here.
