Worst base housing we ever stayed at! I recommend visiting the military housing office when you move out to dispute charges, as they will try to nickel-and-dime you for every little thing.

Darwin helped us get our air conditioner back up and running. After multiple issues from past servicemen looking into it and not fixing the issues. He was able to come in, diagnose the issue, replace the blower motor, and get it up and running in less than an hour. Air conditioning is running beautifully. Definitely appreciate what Darwin was able to do, explain the issues and process and provide adequate and assistive suggestions that will ensure our comfort while we are here. This place gets a big fat F for making tenants wait hours for maintenance, only for them to no-show. Time is valuable—if you enjoy having yours wasted, then by all means, stay in base housing

Thankful for the opportunity to be able to live in a very expensive place by way of just BAH, but dealing with the management was horrendous. Madison was the worst of all. She's snippy, cuts you off like you're wasting HER time, and just overall rude. Maintenance was always helpful toward any issues with the house, and fixed them relatively quickly.
