Sold me a stolen macbook. Provided no help and had to get police involved

My first pc was received in November 2014 in Portland, OR. It was DEFECTIVE. I SENT LAPTOP back to Travis via FEDEX and paid for the shipping out of my pocket. The 2nd lptp is also DEFECTIVE. I called Travis to so inform him. He accused me of breaking the 1st pc. IN OUR LAST CONVERSATION HIS WORDS TO ME WAS TO GO F...K MYSELF.
