Superb customer service...so many bicycle 🚲 to choose from....with a variety of colors and price range....this is one of the best bike shops around....the owner is honest and friendly.
Mark the owner was alone in the shop and super busy. I showed up with two bikes and not only did he stop what he was doing to help me, he even gave me great advice on my bikes for free. He never tried to upsell me. I didn't know better and thought I needed more work than the bikes needed but he was honest and helpful. He was super down to earth, friendly and even engaged with my two boys who wanted to touch everything and see the all the bikes lol. went there with all intention of fixing my bike and putting new tires on it but when I got there was informed and shown the wear of tires and overall cost of time, parts and etc to get my bicycle in working order so the idea of getting a used bike was brought up...... even though my money was no where near ready for that it still made more sense and then to sweeten the deal my basically no good bike was offered to buy to take off my overall price.... sold to the man with the same name as me, Mark. thanks again for dealing wi... read more
