While they are friendly and good with repairs, DO NOT let them talk you into buying a bike when you walk in intending to buy a certain model. I wanted to buy a Velotric Fold but they told me Velotric's batteries were junk. I was steered to a Foo F1. Fast forward to less than a year later, if you can find one of the few remaining Foo bikes in existence, you can pick one up for over a $1000 less than I paid for mine while the Velotric brand is still going strong. Great neighborhood bicycle shop run by great people!
Took my e-bike here a couple of times now. This time I needed the brakes fixed and a tune up. I tried fixing the brakes myself but I just screwed it all up. They got it done quick and I was surprised how cheap it was. I expected to leave there spending $250-300. It Only cost me $155 for what they ended up needing to do. Everyone there is super nice and helpful.
