Was having issues with my septic tank backing up. They came out and looked at the distribution box (for free which was nice) and told me it was broken. They said I needed it completely replaced, the tank pumped, the lines jetstreamed, and wanted to charge me almost $5,000 for it. Earlier this year I had septic issue and my son recommended them. They came right out, found the issue, fixed it and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Last week I discovered an issue with the outdoor shower at my place at the beach that required the water to the whole home be turned off. I was surprised there weren’t shut off valves for those lines. Had to have our septic replaced a couple of years ago and got this company to do it. We are now having problems, they forgot to put a filter into the new system and their guy drove over one of the drain field pipes causing it to collapse. Now they won’t even return our call to come up with a plan to fix it.
Called TC and they came same day. (5 stars). They replaced three floats in my septic tank, which took about one hour. Easy fix, nothing technical. Bill was $587. Job should have cost $450 max. Same Parts are $250 on amazon.
