Not sure about their service, but can comment on road etiquette. Technician’s traveling down the entirety of i70 riding the left lane going exactly the speed limit maximum 2 over. It is against the law (recently passed in the past year) and is a safety hazard. There were at least 10-15 cars behind the driver with no one in front of the service van. Drivers were speeding around as soon as they got an opening and almost colliding with each other. Need to do better and be safer on the road and not be the cause of traffic.
These guys were awesome. They showed up on time and offered superior service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Carteret county!
In the past Travis Creech plumbing has serviced, my septic tank. I had no issues. They were very professional and came when they said they would. I recently had a minor plumbing issue with my outside faucet. Having dealt with Travis before I had his personal cell phone number. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, I told him it was no rush to take his time. He was able to send out one of his crew the next day. I had everything fixed just like that, at a reasonable price. Was having issues with my septic tank backing up. They came out and looked at the distribution box (for free which was nice) and told me it was broken. They said I needed it completely replaced, the tank pumped, the lines jetstreamed, and wanted to charge me almost $5,000 for it. Earlier this year I had septic issue and my son recommended them. They came right out, found the issue, fixed it and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Last week I discovered an issue with the outdoor shower at my place at the beach that required the water to the whole home be turned off. I was surprised there weren’t shut off valves for those lines.
