I went in four different times to open an account as a new member. It just feels like they don’t want me to bank here. Went to golden 1 and got an account right away.
we were pre approved for a loan. initial required documents were sent and we received email that they would be reviewed. 3 days before were to to be in possession, there had been no movement. When final documents were sent over, because the agent had been off NO work had been done to move it forward. After a morning call and a 4pm call from me, the agent finally reviewd all the documents and approved (what happened to the preapproval???) 6:30 at night we received text docusign documents.
