Carmen at the Merced branch is my to go person. She makes me feel like she’s going above and beyond for me. Anytime I need something I know I can just call her or email her. Carmen has the best customer service! Thank you Carmen!

Worst loan ever can’t even make payments through the app. This is a update they made it to we’re you can pay on the app but get charge 10$ every month either on phone or through the app just to make there payment don’t get a loan here
Wonderfully service friendly staff
The app itself takes forever to accept payments causing me to overdraft, they allow payments to go through while I'm over drafted, adding the insufficient funds payment without telling me what's going on. The staff is good but please fix everything on the app cause unacceptable
