Stupid sexist rules, limited to one (primary name) access e-mail name and higher income to be listed first . As a joint account, my income was/is higher during/upon application .I take care of my and my husbands financial needs. I was irritated by the woman who handled our account when she changed my application to my husband as a "primary". The man does not need to be the name on the account and the woman's answer was, " I am old fashioned." A Very Good Credit Union – Through military assignments I have joined several credit unions. I've been a member of Travis since 1984 and have had a few types of accounts; Savings/Checking, CD, loans, Mortgage's. With the online banking and a very large network of ATM's I can access my accounts within those access limits world wide. Recently VISA alerted to unauthorized card use and a Travis member service representative called within a few hours and resolved the problem with minimal disruption to me. bad bank – This bank allowed someone to cash a stale dated check I had written to him over 20 months ago. I thought I had put a stop on the check, but maybe I didn't. When I asked the VP of the bank why they did this, she said they don't look at the date. She didn't care. I ended up taking the person who cashed the check to Small Claims, and I won. I got all the money back, plus some. The judge said I should have taken the bank to Samll Claims too.
