They have failed to prosecute a male student at Univ of Texas for sexual assault despite the evidence presented. Photos bruises text messages. Our Texas legal system is broken and required reform. If our elected officials can not hold perpetrators accountable then thy need to be replaced. This is the most broken system ever!!! They do not seek justice but yet place even more stress on the victim for them to seek constant proof they are in danger. And guess what, that proof you supply them is never good enough until it’s too late. It is obvious that in this State & in this county, perpetrators of violence and terror are more protected than their victims. Yep! That’s justice for you!
It’s been 3 years; DNA evidence was found and STILL we wait!! Waiting for Justice! Waiting to see a pedophile be taken off the streets but instead we are NOT kept informed. We called ourselves, that’s why we know they found DNA. We had to ask for a protection order because YOU all told my Daughter they aren’t in danger!! Wtf? How do you know? The dude hurt my Granddaughter!!! You people DO NOT seek justice!! You OBSTRUCT it!!
