Blake, with Travis Construction, did two remodels for us over the years and I'm grateful Blake was available to help us. First, we replaced our south facing windows and a portion of our roof and skylights. Recently, Travis replaced the remaining exterior doors and windows, remodeled our bathrooms, kitchen/bar, all new flooring, mechanical upgrades, new lights/outlets, new door hardware, and new paint for base/case/walls. Blake and his team lack basic communication skills and professionalism. We purchased a new condo built by Travis Construction. Working with Blake and Greg on warranty issues has been a nightmare. During purchase negotiations we were told they have a great 1 year warranty, however, getting anything done has been very painful. We have dealt with chipped granite on our countertop "upgrade", a 3 foot scratch on a door, and a defective garage heater.
