This is a unique company, left hand has no idea what the right is doing. The lead engineer at the IBC bank on Travis Street Mike Compost replaced a shut off valve on the roof and a week later he caused 25k worth of damage in the conference room last year and no one followed up investigating the issue from management. He's still employed SMH
Terrible company. Don't use them unless you want to waste money.
I'm not sure what commercial real estate emergency this van was heading to, but the way he was driving (almost caused an accident with their negligence) makes me question the policies and practices of the organization as a whole. If you're looking around for real estate management, I would not risk it with this type of employee in the pay role.
