Cool guy. Helpful and quick
Exceptional service and surprisingly low cost! I would definitely rate this business a 10 out of 10. Took my car in on a Monday and got it back Tuesday wow!
Horrible experience. Fixed one problem and caused another. No formal payment system, does not communicate effectively. Very unprofessional. I found parts that weren’t installed underneath my driver seat. My door doesn’t close all the way now and now my odometer light is flashing. Problems that were not there when I brought my vehicle in.
This dude couldn’t even give me a damn estimate, made every excuse in the world. I was willing to pay him for an estimate. Needed a second quote because my car was damaged at work and the detectives needed another quote beside this State Farm one. Like if it’s business coming your way why not. 4 stage pearl paint job. You would’ve made money. This man told me to call him back just for a quote. Called him back today and he tells me he can’t do. Why don’t just say that. You can’t make this up.
Travis did exactly what I asked of him and I’m completely satisfied with the outcome. Price was spot on and work was done in a very timely fashion. He’ll be doing my wife’s car as well.
