Called Travis for a new house build in Peel. He came to the site, but never called back with an estimate. I called and texted him several times to inquire if he needed more information, but received no response. He didn't have the professional courtesy to return any of my calls. As an ex-builder, if any sub-contractor won't even return your calls...stay away.
Don't fall for his "I have you down for....." or "I'll get to you by.....". If you hear either of those phrases consider yourself living with your problem, such as a leak or finding a more dependable plumber. In our case we had a leak from our kitchen sink in an exterior wall that was only noticeable in the basement. We lived doing dishes in the bathroom sink all the while he wouldn't answer calls or texts. We have since had the repair made and it wasn't by him. Two years ago he was responsive.
