He was very up front gave me good information.
Unfortunately, after many visits with this doctor this year, I would not recommend him. My experience is very similar to others who have given him a lower rating. He has a very bias opinion when someone is dealing with a longer or chronic illness and did very little to help me get to the bottom of my chief complaint, very little testing other than basic lab work. I’ve been to see Dr. Charles several times, but after my last appointment this week I will not be back to see him. He was in the room for 2 mins, he made me feel stupid and questioned some of the symptoms I was feeling. He gave off the impression that I was annoying him by being there and looked irritated. The medical assistants also need to be properly trained in BASIC medical procedures. They have screwed up 1 test in particular 3 times.
