I had an appnt from 12-4pm. I had to call at 4pm to ask why I haven't heard from anyone. They were running behind. I understand this happens, but at least give a courtesy call that you aren't even coming between that time.
The did a great job cleaning my carpet. Very professional and punctual. We will use them for floor cleaning.
