Outstanding Spine Care and Exceptional Expertise with Dr. Travis Hill "I had my Artificial Disc Replacement (ADR) surgery in Amsterdam, NY, performed by Dr. Travis C. Hill, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Dr Hill doing purely endoscopic surgery on my severe lumbar stenosis. He explained everything very clearly and kept in close touch both before and after the procedure. I recommend him without hesitation.

A surgeon who listens when everyone else tells you to give up. Dealing with severe spinal damage—a very complex spine from the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions, combined with hEDS—left me with chronic nerve pain that other doctors told me I had to live with forever. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Hill today. We held a webinar visit because I live in Kentucky and he is in New York. He listened to me and went in depth explaining my spine issues while showing me pictures of CT and MRI on screen. I have seen many ortho and neurosurgeons and Dr Hill explained it to me in more detail and helped me understand my condition better than anyone I’ve seen. I would absolutely go to Dr Hill to do my surgery in a heartbeat but they do not accept Medicare.

I was not able to sit for 8 months, had severe nerv, muscle pain, and neck pain. I needed to drink pain and muscle relaxant medications. I had to stand while working since sitting causes a level pain of 10. I have seen neuro, ortho, primary and pain mgt but it didn't help. Until I made a phone call and had an appointment with Dr. Travis Hill. I send my MRI and he was able to diagnose it. I flew from kansas to new jersey to have the operation. It took 2 hours and I was able to leave the hospital. They did a c4 to c5 disc repl... read more
