What a Dealer Should Be – After reading previous reveiws I was very causious about going to the Tracker Boating Center in Hendersonville. To my surprise the store exceeded my expectations of service in every way. I had my boat in for what I thought was a serious engine issue and was releiived when they told me it was a minor fix. They were able to get me in and up and running in short order and at minimal cost. As my boat ages I am sure to need service again and I will return to the Tracker service center in Hendersonville.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP – Since May of this year (2008) the attitude and service of this dealership has gone down hill FAST. I'm not sure what has changed, I do know they have a new manager, but every time i have called for service, it just gets worse. The service manager has no tact and acts like he couldn't care less if you do business there. They never return calls and I have had to take my boat back 4 times for the same problem. Terrible service!!! – They left me on hold for 15 min. when I was stuck on the lake. I won't do business here, very rude!!!
UNETHICAL/ worst of the worst – We stopped doing business with Travis Boating 3 months ago due to their ethical business practices. 4 months ago they changed the oil in our boat motor. Last week we discovered some service guy ( which I have complained about at the corporate level) dropped an oil cap down in the motor and didn't pick it up therefore eventually causing the cap to be sucked into the motor and stopping up the engine.
