I arrived early for my appointment and was pleased to find the receptionist friendly and helpful as this was my first visit to Dr. Bench. I was soon ushered into an exam room where the nurse was pleasant and conducted all the tests in a very professional manner. Dr. Bench was patient in answering my questions, explained my medical situation, and had a cheerful and engaging demeaner that made me feel most comfortable. I feel most confident that Dr. Bench will handle any cardiac issues that I might have.
