Initial intake was repetitive. Filled out a link via text message with the same information that I had to fill out when I got there. Medical assistant that asked questions in the exam room was nasty. There was a print up of a EKG completed for me. I looked at the paper and the assistant stated “you know that is my property.” Just uncalled for.
Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor were all very nice. This was my first time seeing Doctor Bench and he explained everything to me and made me feel more comfortable about my concerns. Went over my questions as well as medicarions and it all went well. If you are thinking of going to this office, i recommend it. Everyone was so sweet and the wait time wasn't bad either.
