My first and last experience with Travis Barry Auto Glass was not exceptable customer service behavior. I called to inquire on replacing a window regulator for a VW Beetle Convertible and was very specific on which window needed repaired and customer service said yes we do these vehicles providing no one has torn it appart and I bring the required part. I assured no one tore it appart and inquired again if they could forsure do the job. She assured me so I proceeded and booked an appointment to which I had to wait one month.... read more

I had a great experience with Travis Barr Auto Glass in Saint John. I called and was able to get my vehicle in that same day. The service was quick, hassle-free and very reasonably priced for a couple of rock chip repairs.
A rock hit my windshield while driving into Saint John. I called a few places to have it repaired, they all wanted me to make an appointment which were a couple of days out. I called Travis Barr and spoke to Becky. She was awesome. Becky got me in right away. My windshield was repaired in minutes and I was on my way. They were more than half the price of their competitors. Becky and her team are awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of windshield replacement or repair.
