I went to in for a simple oil change. I booked a week in advance and when I showed up they said they weren't ready yet. The whole time he was there I could hear Travis yelling at his staff. He yelled at the mechanic working on my car for his own mistakes. All in all it took 2 hours and then he charged me $140 for a simple oil change. Never again.
They are very helpful and give you more options. We got stuck and forgot to bring Tire lug nut and they have it there! Amazing people
On July 7th 2025, went there to change my car oil change, after going there twice, 8.15 am and 9.15 am it was closed. Without mentioning that "we are closed " even on the out office clearly mentioned. "Opening 8 am to 5 pm." If you are not Opening on the exact time, just mention that.
travis is the best .. he has helped my family for 20 +yrs.. every time my bf needs help he calls up travis and he just knows what to do you cannot find that kinda knowledge anywhere
