Dropped off my welding truck that didn’t run took almost 2 weeks. Didn’t get a truck back that ran. Truck had brand new batteries and a good starter and they and they put new ones in charged my $1400 and had to get it towed from Travis auto. to a shop that could actually do the job. wouldn’t let them work on bicycle. No respect for personal property either my truck was filthy inside after.
i felt a lot better leaving than arriving. I found prompt, polite, and informed service at a very fair price.

They are too busy for emergencies on the road. Call Monashee Motors down the way to see if they have a mechanic that day or stop at the heavy mechanic before them, AP if you need assistance when going through Valemont. Apparently there is only one person at Travis’s who knows how to use a scanner for check engine lights anyway. I’m sure they are good mechanics for the workers in town for the pipeline, who can drop and leave their vehicles. But if your in a panic with an surprise engine light, try the other places first.
