Never a bad experience. Good with communication and pricing. Also pretty fast with the repairs. I do recommend.
I was disappointed with my recent experience. Despite living just across the street in the community and hearing great things from my neighbors, my interaction was far from welcoming. Rather than being offered an appointment or options. I was quickly referred down the street. I was more than willing to wait, as the vehicle in question wasn't my primary mode of transportation. this was my first time used Travis Auto Repair. I am very pleased with everyone there, Wanda, Travis, Chris C and all the front office staff. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
