I ordered Premium walnut French pattern Travertine pavers, after waiting 7 weeks we received 2 Crater around 352 sqft Mostly of the pavers weren’t non premium or government approved More than 20 pavers were broken at the corner Some other the quality wasn’t premium. Do not let the reasonable prices fool you - you may end up paying more than you would have with another supplier and have to deal with horrible customer service. Quick scenario snapshot: We purchased approximately 500 square feet of the French Pattern Travertine-this style requires 4 different sizes of tile to complete a full pattern. The first shipment we were sent had 20% breakage per pattern set and we had to order a second shipment with an additional $300 of shipping costs to us. Before placing orders for approx 1700 sqft in the last 2 months I did see negative comments that made me slightly concerned. Well, now after having received 1300 sqft, so far, I am very impressed. I love how the crates are an open format so if there's cracks you will be able to see breakage easily. The staff of Jessica, Denisee, and Bernard delivered exactly what they promised. 5/5! This is some of the best Travertine tile pavers, I have ever received, so if you are looking for Travertine for your house or pool, then I would recommend this brand! It's also sad that Google puts a couple of bad reviews at the top, when there are lots of good reviews at the bottom. Travertine Mart is top-notch.
