Travertine from this company is rather low grade. They tell you to order 10% more than you need to account for damage in shipping. When my travertine arrived there were no damaged pavers. Upon opening the pallets, I found many pavers with large natural defects. This is because they buy very low grade travertine and pass it off for the nice, high quality stone that you thought you bought. Horrible company and customer service. They dont stay behind their product, lie about proper application and the moment something goes wrong it's impossible to get ahold of anyone.
I paid for their landscaping services, and I honestly think I could have done a better job myself. The shrubs were planted incorrectly, the soil was a mess, and they left all their trash behind. I had to spend the entire weekend cleaning up after them. The work was careless and looks terrible.
