If your preference is to be ignored and given the run around, this is the company for you! If you want to work with an honest company, who sticks by their word, I suggest you look else where. We have also been given the run around by Ruben after his crew tore up my kitchen walls. He claimed that this was normal following a counter install but I disagree. I kindly asked him to repair the drywall/ sheet rock they damaged (on April 11th), and was not even asking for them to repair the wood trim they damaged in multiple areas. R... read more
Ruben has continued to ignore our requests to get a broken lamination in our kitchen repaired. He continually promises to come out and/or call us back in a couple hours, but fails to. They initially installed our bathroom sinks backwards and it was a fight to have them to come out to fix it. I just want my kitchen to be out back together.
MONEY WELL SPENT MUST COME HERE! Our Quartz countertop project came out perfect. I needed quartz countertops installed in my kitchen, bathroom, and guest house, and Reuben from Travertine Artisans made it happen without a hitch. I emailed them all my info and all the details I wanted, they found the stone for me, went and picked it up, and installed it beautifully.Their estimate process was very detailed, but it was well worth it, now I know why they needed the information details from me, because they actually used it! I've used many granite guys over the years and hands down these guys are the best in town. One of the best qualities I find them to have is dependability. I can tell a client of mine we will install a certain date and I am 100% sure Reuben ( Travertine Artisans) will keep his word. Never been let down. Prices are very fair considering quality of products and service provided. True professionals. Last job took about 4 days to complete (in this line of work thats is really good turn around time)
Ruben was quick to promise the world, but slow to deliver. He actually got the job done quickly, but failed to include all the additional items to be finished before my kitchen could be totally usable again—like telling me I needed to hire an electrician to reconnect my stove top, or that I needed to hire a plumber to get my water running again. I am extremely impressed with this company. I saw an add saying they could install before Thanksgiving. I talked to Reuben on Monday and he guaranteed me they could install before Thanksgiving. I had a lot of doubts about starting the renovation so close to the holiday but I decided to go ahead with it. I am very glad I did, as Reuben promised his crew finished the job on Wednesday morning. Very dependable.
I was in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel when I walked into Ruben's showroom on a Saturday (12/17/16). We talked about all the options he could provide on a granite countertop for my new kitchen. He said he could have my countertops installed before Christmas, but I was skeptical. I could't buy a satifactory kitchen remodeling experience with Travertine Artisans. What I did buy was so much stress, drama and cringe as one can get from a lousy soap opera so I can surely say that I wouldn't reccomend this company to any reasonable person. Ruben Nunez will promise anything he has to for you to give him the deposit check, and then he will hire someone else who will walk into the project half blinded so he can blame them along with his secretary for his own extreme disorganization and complete lack of commu... read more

Midge, I am surprised to hear that you are unsatisfied. In your last conversation with me, you said you were "delighted" with your countertops. I agree my tile installer did a poor job in some areas, but we fixed those areas. In all fairness, you posted the before pics and not the final install after we fixed it. We gave you a $500 credit for the inconvenience, and sold you the tile at my cost, saving another $500+.
