I cannot say enough about this company. The entire staff is amazing! Myself and both my daughter’s use this location and have had a great experience all the way around. I would highly recommend giving them a visit.
Dr.Jared did a great job, very knowledgeable, very thorough and patiently address any questions. The staffs are very eager to help customer with smile and show they care. Highly Recommend!
Had previous great experiences here however after this last experience we definitely will take our business elsewhere. They never ordered my daughter’s contacts after they charged our insurance and I paid the rest out of pocket. We’ve waited a month for something that should have taken no more than 7 days according to them, and still nothing. Management refuses to compensate us or even apologize. Great staff, great experience
They made me pay $75 for a “contact class” BEFORE informing me that they don’t schedule appointments after 3:00 so I would have to take off work. This is due to their own poor staffing. They told me the sample contacts would be ready in 1 week but it took 4 weeks. When I called to ask about it, they hung up on me. I finally talked to a manager who said it was no problem to schedule after 3, but then I came in when they told me and waited 45 minutes, making me late to pick my kids up from school, and still didn’t get seen.
