This place is nice and clean. I love how it looks over the city. It would be nice if the gathering party area on the top floor had something on the upper part of the walls and the ceiling to help manage the sound. The sound just bounces off the walls making it very hard to hear anything other then voices that carry. You can literally be standing right next to someone and still not be able to hear what they are saying because they have virtually no sound management in this building.
