We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They treated Jack with so much kindness and patience, which immediately put both of us at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure Jack received outstanding care. Edited: Since posting my original review, the doctor reached out personally, and I genuinely appreciate her taking the time to discuss the situation and ask how she could improve moving forward. That conversation showed a willingness to listen to feedback and reflect on the client experience, which I respect.
