Scott Briggs took over my repair quote when there was a change of personnel. He was easy to work with and friendly and honored the previous employees verbal estimate. Helped me hitch up and Mike helped out with a pin for the hitch since I had forgotten to bring mine. Also gave me tips for future rv maintenance. Thanks to Scott and Dominic in repairs and service and Mike for giving me a pin for my hitch

We give Travers 100% plus. We r on our 3rd camper, all from there. Oh and we bought a truck to pull the camper We bought last yr. When u need repairs or answers for all your questions Andrew is "THE MAN" He's the head of maintenance and Repair and he's so knowledgeable. I've asked him many questions, we're still newbies. Girls, He's an open catch moving to the country..he's needing a good lovin country girl!! He's the best!!
Great experience. Had leaks and other issues. I purchased from camping world and couldn't even get ahold of their service dept or even a call back after 6 messages Called Travers and was taken care of in about 3 weeks total. Their customer service is A+. No more camping world for me.
