We called them to replace two leaky shut-offs in our house. They showed up at 2:30pm, looked at shut offs, said they couldn't do that job that day because it was too big a job and we'd have to reschedule. I took time out of work to meet them and they COULD have asked for more information, photos, anything to assess the work needed, but whatever. **BUT THEN**, they inform me that I'm going to be billed $150 for a service call for them to show up and not do anything! Gary did a great job of installing the air conditioner. It's now working well.
Mr. Travis directed his team, to find and solve our drainage problems. Knowing systems well, and his evaluation, the right tools and man power repaired our drainage problems. I'd recommend Travis any time. We're very pleased.
