I was very offended by the receptionist. My son and I walked in for his appointment and we were immediately stopped at the door with there's a sign at the door no soliciting. Pretty much told us to leave not realizing we had an appointment. Didn't ask how she can help or if we had an appointment. Just immediately made her assumption when we walked in.
