2 years ago we randomly stopped in to look at RVs. We spoke with Tom and found the perfect trailer for the SUV we had at that time. We recently bought a new, bigger towing capacity, truck with the agreement that we get a bigger RV. We went to the RV Expo and found something that we liked but we trust Tom so we went back to Traveltown to ensure we had the best trailer and price. Tommy (Tom) is the best!!! We went there first to see some RVs at the beginning of our exploration stage and never went to any other RV locations in town. He was low key and low pressure, wealth of information and never called or harassed us (like car dealerships do). I went to see him a total of 4 times before making a decision and at no point did he get irritated or annoyed with my frequent visits and dozens of questions. Friendly knowledgeable staff, no pressure sales, some great options in travel trailers.
Johnny was very informative as to what trailer we were looking to get. The price was incredible. And Tom is great at getting repairs done quickly if they're needed. Both of them are good at communicating quickly as well
