We have used Traveltime as our only Agency since they opened in London. They have booked trips for us on all seven continents! They always act like the true professionals they are. They ask snout budget and then try to fit the trip to the clients request. They are not mind readers, but they have worked magic for us more than once when unexpected things happened during trips. With their experience and contacts they can help their clients get upgrades and bonuses.

Absolute worst business I have ever dealt with!!! They sent us to the wrong part of town we requested and were told we would end up at. Then they were rude to us when we asked them to fix it-they tried to lie out of it and say we should have made sure the booked confirmation email they sent was to the right hotel on the right end of town. It was the right hotel-wrong side of town. They also had our seats on the flight in different rows-telling me I could call and change it-which I did do. Why was that my responsibiltiy?!? We just got back from our honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The resort was the Majestic Colonial. It was a beatiful place with a great personality. Travel time really set it up beautifully with no problems what so ever and got us a great rate as well. Thank you all so much for making our trip the best we could have had.
