Travels by John and Kitty were a big help in planning our Viking river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. This was the very first cruise we have ever been on. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and offered great advice to make our trip better. Thanks to their support our river cruise with everything we hoped for and more. We had a wonderful 50th anniversary celebration on the “Rhine Getaway” Viking cruise. Each day brought exciting activities and incredible scenery as we traveled through Switzerland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. We also added a 4 day pre-excursion through Viking which included train rides through the lovely Alps in Switzerland. We would highly recommend this extension. This part of Europe is simply amazing! We live in Spring Hill, TN and needed to find someone local to help us plan our first cruise and we could not be more happy with Jon & Kitty! We sat at coffee shops several times to discuss what we were looking for. Jon & Kitty were very experienced cruisers so they helped us pick our ship, cabin choice, dining preferences, excursions, and made sure we were prepared. We had a perfect first cruise thanks to Jon & Kitty... we would have made lots of mistakes without them!
Jon got us a great deal on an all-inclusive vacation to Paradise Island, Bahamas. We had already picked the resort where we wanted to stay but he got a much better deal than we had been able to find, with good flights included. He answered all our questions & provided last minute assistance with booking private airport transfers. The trip was good overall. Jon & Kitty and their team are very responsive to a customer's travel needs. They can book almost anything travel related, and sometimes are on the same tour! We recently took a Viking river cruise along with 6 other couples and their recommendations were very helpful to spend our money on the things that were important to us. Wonderful traveling companions if you get the chance!
