One of the best motels we’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly, the location was great- right in the middle of all sorts of restaurants and shops, and most of all the room was clean (especially the bathtub- which I’ve usually had bad experiences with at motels). The bed was also super comfortable and the blanket was thick and warm, not ultra thin like the blankets we’ve seen at other motels. Definitely recommend staying here.
We had a nice cozy room in this lil motel. The staff was considerate, pleasant and just really nice. Always smiling! I slept well, and that is something a lack in my own bed most nights. Much needed rest, quiet and others staying there just very cordial. Many a conversation out there in the rocking chairs. Thank you Travelowes.
This motel is amazing! We visit Maggie Valley every August for a car show and last year picked this spot randomly because it was reasonably priced and pet friendly. The couple that owns the place are so sweet and welcoming! They really try to build connections if you're interested. They fell in love with our dog lol. They do everything they can to make it a good experience! They even let us park our trailer in the grass while we are there because we tow a car up. I can’t say enough about the hospitality the owners provided us during our stay. They were very accommodating, and they’ve earned lifetime customers! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and we loved that we could walk just about everywhere. The rooms were very clean.
