Used them to book airfare to Japan. When heading home we got to airport and our tickets were cancelled and had to buy new tickets home spending thousands more dollars. It has now been 5 months and this travel agency that booked our tickets can't even tell us who cancelled the tickets or get our $$ back from airlines.
