Horrible company, stay away. There’s a lot better companies out there that do a much better job for a lot less money. Track hospitality software is overly complicated, It’s outdated, their support is near zero it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anybody when there’s a problem we have 15 reservations answering the phone and when the phone system goes down, it’s a big deal, yet trying to get issues fixed was so hard. Never do business with these guys l. They are the absolutely worst guys to work with l. Their software is so overly complex and not user-friendly if you need any type of help at all, getting a hold of anyone to help you is almost impossible. I’ve been in the vacation rental business since the very beginning ( 2008) and their are a lot of different companies that are better, I would absolutely not recommend this company at all l, save your money and a lot of trouble. I have been in the vacation rental industry for the past 23 years, and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am curious to know how they are still in business. It has been a year, and my website still needs to be finished. So far, four staff working on my website have left the company. No one is accountable, and you can not reach anyone in management.
