When we first got there, the smell of fabuloso was overwhelming. After running the AC for a bit, it wasn't as bad. The shower walls were dirty but the tub was clean. There was dirt, hair, and splats of something purple on the shower wall. The rest of the room was great. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The blackout curtains were very nice in the morning. Parking was a little tight but manageable. Check-in/out staff was friendly.
When we arrived in the room. Things we noticed were a broken single pane window. Broken towel rack. Ironing board and no iron. Loose handle of shower. Asked manager about poor room quality and he pretended like he didn’t understand. Then continued to say that his hands are tied on the matter.
