I stayed here one night as it was close to the depot I needed to work at. I had a small cabin to myself and was very pleased with the comfortable double bed, the water pressure in the shower and the basic appliances (microwave and kettle). Just a couple of minutes drive away from a meal at a pub and there's a 7-eleven just 2 mins walk away for a late evening snack or coffee. Was told plenty of parking for a trailer and that was not the case the lady at the front desk managing the property was too lazy to walk out in the rain telling me there’s plenty of parking that she can see on her cameras, well there actually wasn’t! Further more after that I was given room L04 attached is the photos of how I found the room, even though the key did not fit into the door handle properly somehow I managed to get it open to find the following, bed unmade coffee spilt on the counter and dirty unwashed mug. This was a nightmare experience. The shower floor had rubbish leftover from the previous occupant, and there was dust left accumulating literally everywhere in the room. On top of the bed sheets there were two dead spiders, with spider webs and insects all around the roof and in the corners - I thought I was camping outdoors. The room has a very stale feeling with questionable stains on the walls and bed sheets. Due to a family emergency had to come to Newcastle from 4 hours away last minute, we’re looking for accomodation, rang this place and was instantly cussed out and told of for ringing at a later hour by whoever answered the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional service, would never recommend this place to anyone.
