We recently rented a camper mini-van in order to travel up and down the West Coast. The rental was a great value. All the people were easy to deal with. We got our van in Los Angeles but it developed a mechanical problem that resulted in us swapping for another van in San Francisco. The problem was dealt with in a professional manner. Communication was quick and responsive. Then they volunteered satisfactorily compensation. We'll definitely be renting from Travellers again.

Scam and worst rental experience ever! I rented a car from this company, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The car had almost 300,000 miles, was dirty, noisy, and poorly insulated. The engine smelled going uphill, and the vehicle had clearly gone through cheap, rushed repairs — the bumper was painted over, rusted, and a metal piece even broke off while driving.
