Customers service both picking up and dropping off the van was excellent, very friendly and helpful people on both ends. The van itself was not so fantastic, mold growing around the entire van and various issues with components such as the hob stoves not working, and tray tables broken. The driving itself was not bad, bit of a sticky gearbox but other than that it ran very well and didn’t give up on us throughout our over 2000km journey.
My experience with Travellers Autobarn was amazing. Very Good Price and you get a very good vehicle. The Pick up was quick and easy as well as the drop off in Melbourne. Nico and Andres were very friendly, regardless of our delay. Quick, friendly and easy. They even gave us a quick ride. So amazing. Overall I can just say, that I am very happy with my experience.
