Amazing! The staff are great, and the vehicle performed very well. I wasn't sure where to go for my trip, but the staff had some great suggestions and seemed to know the area very well! The pickup process was very smooth, and all my questions were answered with ease. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking to travel on a budget. The experience was well worth it! We rented a van hi top 5 pers from Sydney location and the staff were all great very friendly very helpful but the one who took care of us was Jason and he was great very attentive to our needs!! We had to reach customer service at one point for mechanical question and they responded fast and efficient. We had a great time we went till Melbourne and did great ocean roads The reason I put 4 stars is that the vehicle gaz consumption was more than the one we rented In Airlie beach. We rented a station wagon from travellers Autobahn and contacted customers service because one tyre was loosing air. Within an hour Sam contacted workshops close to us, got us an appointment and took care of the payment. We just had to go there, get it fixed within half and hour and we were ready to go again.
